Ask within 15 days of buying a book, and every penny comes back to you, no questions asked.

How do I claim a refund?

Use the refund link in Hotmart's purchase email. Or log in at consumer.hotmart.com and open the order. Or email [email protected] with the email you bought with.

How soon will the money reach me?

It returns to the card or PayPal you paid with. Expect to see it within 5–10 business days, as a rule.

Is anything charged if I cancel in the 7 free days?

Then nothing is charged. You pay nothing at all for those days.

Is the membership guaranteed as well?

Yes: the first payment is covered by the 15-day money-back guarantee.

How do I cancel, and when do the letters stop?

At consumer.hotmart.com you can cancel whenever you wish. Once in, select the membership, pick payment settings and press cancel subscription. Or write, and we'll help.

Letters continue to the end of the month you've paid for. Then there are no more charges.

I meant to cancel and didn't. Can anything be done?

Was it a missed cancellation, or a charge made by mistake? If you let us know within 15 days of that charge, we'll look into it.

There's no automatic refund for later payments, and past months aren't refunded on cancelling.

Does unsubscribing from the letters cancel my membership?

No. It only stops the emails; the payments carry on. Paying stops only when you cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.

What if I've missed the 15 days?

The guarantee window has closed, but do still write if something's wrong. We'll hear you out.
